Fly via Kunming to Lanzhou, on the banks of the Yellow River. Check in and rest at your leisure.
经昆明飞抵黄河之畔的兰州。入住酒店，自由休息。
High-speed train to Tianshui for the Maijishan Grottoes, the Oriental Sculpture Art Gallery, with over 7,800 statues on honeycomb cliff walkways. Return to Lanzhou for the Yellow River Scenic Belt — Zhongshan Bridge and the Mother of the Yellow River.
乘高铁赴天水游【麦积山石窟】，”东方雕塑艺术陈列馆”，逾7800尊造像、蜂房般栈道凌空。返兰州赏黄河风情线 — 中山桥与黄河母亲像。
Visit the Lanzhou Water-Ink Danxia, then the Tiantishan Grottoes, origin of the influential Liangzhou Model that shaped Bingling, Yungang and Longmen. Continue to Wuwei.
游【兰州水墨丹霞】，再访【天梯山石窟】，开”凉州模式”之先河，影响炳灵寺、云冈、龙门。续往武威。
Visit the Wuwei City Museum, holding Gansu’s third-largest collection — Silk Road, Western Xia and Buddhist treasures of old Liangzhou. Continue to Zhangye.
游【武威市博物馆】，藏品居甘肃第三 — 丝路、西夏与凉州佛教瑰宝。续往张掖。
Explore Pingshanhu Grand Canyon, the three-dimensional Danxia and Colorado of the Silk Road, then the Giant Buddha Temple with Asia’s largest indoor reclining clay Buddha (34.5m), a Western Xia treasure.
游【平山湖大峡谷】，”立体丹霞””丝路科罗拉多”；再访【大佛寺】，亚洲最大室内泥塑卧佛（34.5米），西夏瑰宝。
Marvel at the Colorful Danxia Geopark, God’s Palette on Earth, and Binggou Danxia’s palace-and-lattice stone sculptures. Sample Northwestern delicacies at lively Ganzhou Alley.

Climb the Matisi Grottoes’ Thirty-Three Heavens, a 21-chamber, seven-storey cliff complex, then cross the Qilian Mountains to Xining (2,261m). Take it gently as you acclimatise.
攀【马蹄寺】”三十三天”石窟，21窟七层凌崖而建；翻越祁连山抵西宁（2261米）。初抵高原，请放缓节奏适应。
In Tongren, home of Regong Art, visit Longwu Monastery and Wutun Monastery, birthplace of Tibetan thangka. Try a hands-on thangka painting experience and enjoy a Tibetan family visit.
赴”热贡艺术之乡”同仁，游【隆务寺】与唐卡发源地【吾屯寺】。体验【唐卡绘制】，并入藏家做客。
Drive to Chaka Salt Lake, the Mirror of the Sky (around 3,200m). Ride the little train onto the lake, watch the salt-harvesting vessels, and catch the mirror-still reflections at dawn or dusk.
前往【茶卡盐湖】”天空之镜”（约3200米）。乘小火车深入湖心，观采盐船作业，于晨昏静候镜面倒影。
Visit Qinghai Lake, China’s largest inland saltwater lake and National Geographic’s most beautiful lake, then Ta’er (Kumbum) Monastery, a great Gelug monastery and Tsongkhapa’s birthplace, with its Three Wonders.
游【青海湖】，中国最大内陆咸水湖、《国家地理》评选最美湖泊；再访【塔尔寺】，格鲁派大寺、宗喀巴诞生地，赏”艺术三绝”。
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home via Shanghai.
早餐后送往机场，经上海返回新加坡。
